By accessing or using Hostelytics ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.
Hostelytics provides a comprehensive hostel management platform including resident management, meal tracking, expense management, SMS communication, and billing features. The Service is offered on a subscription basis with different packages.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Hostelytics cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Subscription plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our subscription prices at any time with 30 days notice.
If payment is not received by the due date, access to the Service may be suspended until payment is made.
We offer a 30-day free trial for new users. At the end of the trial, you will be automatically charged the subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will have access until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts for violation of these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hostelytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service.
